This bushing is easy to install and does not require additional fixing on the shaft. The bearing can be positioned at any position on the shaft when the set sleeve is used on the optical shaft. When the step shaft is used with the step ring, the bearing can be accurately positioned in the axial direction, and the bearing can be easily removed.

Apply

The tight set sleeve is used to fix the tapered hole aligning bearing (aligning ball bearing, aligning roller bearing) on the shafeless shoulder shaft. It has simple structure, reliable operation, convenient bearing exchange, and is widely used in textile, light industry, paper making, metallurgy, belt transportation and conveying equipment.

Constituent structure

The tightening sleeve is composed of tightening bushing, locking nut, locking washer (or locking clamp) and other parts. Setting sleeves with locking nuts and locking washers are interchangeable only in complete sets. Parts from different sources are not interchangeable.
