A cross roller bearing is a special type of rolling bearing characterized in that the cylindrical rollers are arranged vertically with each other on a 90-degree V-grooved rolling surface by a spacer. This structure enables the cross roller bearing to withstand loads from all directions at the same time, including radial loads, axial loads and torque loads. Because the roller is in linear contact with the track surface, the possibility of elastic deformation of the bearing under load is small.

A cross roller bearing is a special type of rolling bearing characterized in that the cylindrical rollers are arranged vertically with each other on a 90-degree V-grooved rolling surface by a spacer. This structure enables the cross roller bearing to withstand loads from all directions at the same time, including radial loads, axial loads and torque loads. Because the roller is in linear contact with the track surface, the possibility of elastic deformation of the bearing under load is small.
Types of cross roller bearings include RB type
(inner ring integral, outer ring split, inner ring rotation), RU type (inner and outer ring one type), RAU type (inner and outer ring integral, ultra-thin), SX type
(Outer ring split type, inner ring integral, inner ring rotation) and CRBH type (inner and outer ring one type). These types of bearings have miniaturized inner and outer ring size, high rigidity and accuracy, and are suitable for industrial robots, machining centers, manipulators, precision rotary tables, medical machines, meters, IC manufacturing devices and other applications requiring high rigidity and precision rotation.
The structure of cross roller bearing is divided into three forms: outer ring split, inner ring whole, outer ring whole, inner ring split and outer ring inner ring are integral. Among them, the HRB type is suitable for the occasion of the height of the inner circle rotation longitude, while the HRU type is suitable for the occasion of the outer and inner circle rotation and the size requirements are small. The HSX model, due to its ultra-thin design and compact size, is suitable for lightweight, compact design parts, such as robot and manipulator rotation parts. Due to the integrated design of the inner and outer rings, the CRBH model has no mounting holes, and requires flanges and support seats to be fixed during installation
